About t10HR

HR experience built for teams that move fast.

t10HR was built to help growing organizations–especially in motorsports–get experienced HR support without building a full-time HR department before they need one.

Why t10?

t10HR was dreamed up in the red clay around Turn 10 at Road Atlanta. In the middle of the motorsports world, one thing became hard to ignore: the people running these organizations are already managing an extraordinary amount–and somewhere in the middle of all of that, HR still shows up.

Turn 10 represents the moment where preparation, timing, judgment, and confidence all have to come together. That same thinking sits behind the way t10HR approaches people decisions.

When top talent hits top speed, that’s hitting the apex from A to B.

What t10HR Believes

Good HR should create clarity, not friction.

Practical over performative

If a process doesn’t help the organization or its people, it probably doesn’t need to exist.

Clear over complicated

Owners and managers need to understand their options, not decode HR jargon.

Right-sized over overbuilt

A 20-person organization should not be forced into systems designed for 2,000 employees.

People and business both matter

Good HR supports employees while helping leaders protect and strengthen the organization.

Confidence matters

The goal is to give you the information, context, and support to make the decision well.

How Nick Works

HR advice should make the decision clearer, not more complicated.

When an owner or team manager calls t10HR, they need someone who can listen, ask the right questions, identify what matters, and help them understand what to do next.

  • Listen first
  • Make the issue manageable
  • Give clear guidance
  • Help get it done

Experienced advice. Clear options. Confident decisions.

You don’t need to become the HR expert.

You just need someone experienced in your corner when the people side of the business needs attention.
